Semi-formal outfit under $40!

Hey guys!

Here is a semi-formal outfit that I wore to a friend's birthday party for under $40! Unfortunately, I have no idea where the exact clutch is from since it is extremely old but you can just add any black clutch you can find to complete this look. :)
